Laskey's Services is ready to help increase your quality of life. From Geothermal heat pumps keeping you warm in the winter and cool in the summer to well drilling and water purification. They provide and service the simplest calls and will tackle almost any job. Two of Mark’s sons, Sean and Craig, are following in their father’s footsteps and working towards one day managing the business.
Mark Laskey began Laskey’s Services in 1976, as a one-man operation. For years, Mark worked out of his garage, but in 1986, he opened shop. Today Mark’s water business has expanded into a 15,000 sq ft location, with over 10 vehicles and 15 employees:
"I started when I was 13, working for a neighbor who was a well driller. I worked with him all through high school and when I was 18 I started my own company and started doing the pumps, installations, and service. I was a one-man show for quite a few years but now, we’re up to 15 people".
Today, Laskey’s offers numerous services for the community and are one of the few businesses in the area that specialize in welling. In Mark’s words, “At Laskey’s we do several things”.
From providing services for housing and commercial needs, to drilling water wells and treating water, Laskey’s is equipped in solving your water issues. They also administrate the installation of gas furnaces, air conditioners and geothermal heat pumps, handling all of your HVAC needs.
The store has been providing retail products for more than 10 years now, selling items such as pumps and electric motors for wells and irrigation systems. Recently, they added a full line of pool products to their merchandise.
To Mark, providing accessible services for customers is not only essential to a business’s growth, but to its retention of customers:
"To me, service has always been a big thing. It’s always been my focus. We’ve been around 42 years, and like I say our big thing is about service. As long as you look after the people, they come back. We answer the phone after hours and always have someone on call. We pay our people to be on call every weekend. We have some big clients we’ve looked after for about 40 years and that’s why they call us. We pick up the phone when they have a problem, we’re always there".
Laskey’s Services provides the community with 24/7 support for all their servicing needs. From fixing your water faucet, to large construction sites and irrigation wells, Laskey’s provides a one-stop location for all their customers.
